To be aware is to be awake. Unaware means asleep. You are aware anyhow, you need not try to be. What you need is to be aware of being aware. Be aware deliberately and consciously, broaden and deepen the field of awareness. You are always conscious of the mind, but you are not aware of yourself as being conscious.
This quote from the Newsletter made so much sense to me: Healing is UNcovering rather than REcovering. In my area of psychiatric health service we are talking a lot about REcovery. I like that this quote point out that it's more about UNcovering who you really are in stead of REcovering to the state of life before you got ill.
Thanks to the anonymous human being, wherever you are, for pointing this out.
“As a child I felt myself to be alone, and I am still, because I know things and must hint at things which others apparently know nothing of, and for the most part do not want to know.” Carl Jung, Dreams, Memories and Reflextions
I came across a couple of quotes from Abraham-Hicks this week -
"There are as many different worlds as there are perceivers or Beings or individuals. You are not here to create one world where everyone is the same, wanting and getting the same. You are here to be that which you want to be, while you allow all others to be that which they want to be."

The second one starts with a question - Do we create contrast or not?
Answer: Well you are the creator of everything, but you are the creator of the way you interact with the contrast. The contrast is the creation of collective creators. So you didn't create everything that exists out there, so you didn't create the contrast but you created your relationship with the contrast.
